What you’ll do

Support end to end delivery of enterprise initiatives across HR systems, payroll, data and operational change
Translate program priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and reporting
Identify risks early, clarify scope and sequencing, and help unblock delivery issues across teams
Design and deliver practical change strategies to ensure solutions are adopted and embedded
Develop clear, fit for purpose communication and training materials for leaders and end users
Act as a connector across Systems, IT, Operations, Payroll and People & Culture to drive alignment

What you’ll bring

Experience delivering enterprise scale projects and change initiatives
Background in HR systems, payroll or workforce platforms
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to blend delivery discipline with change leadership and adoption focus
Confidence working in ambiguity and evolving technical environments
Pragmatic, outcomes focused approach with strong attention to detail
