POSITION OVERVIEW
Srisai Consultants Pty. Ltd. is hiring the position of ICT Sr. Project Manager to support its strategic growth objectives. The appointee will take ownership of the company’s business development pipeline, lead ICT project delivery engagements, and build long-term client relationships. This is a senior leadership role that combines hands-on project management with proactive business growth responsibilities, and is critical to the firm’s trajectory as a growing consulting practice.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Growth & Pipeline Management
- Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities across ICT consulting and managed services.
- Develop and execute a structured business development plan to expand Srisai Consultants’ client base and revenue pipeline.
- Build strategic relationships with prospective clients, technology vendors, and alliance partners to generate new engagements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging ICT trends, service gaps, and competitive positioning opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, capability statements, and bids for prospective client engagements.
- Track and manage the business pipeline from initial opportunity through to contract execution.
2. ICT Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT projects including cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, system integration, and managed services transitions.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource plans aligned to client requirements.
- Apply structured project management methodologies (Agile, PMI/PMBOK) to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams, technology vendors, and alliance partners to drive cohesive delivery outcomes.
- Monitor project health, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies and escalate where required.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of accountability for client satisfaction across all active engagements.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance and regular reporting on project and business performance.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expanded service delivery within existing client portfolios.
- Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contractual commitments and client satisfaction targets.
4. Strategic Advisory & Business Operations
- Contribute to the development of Srisai Consultants’ service offerings, go-to-market strategy, and capability frameworks.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on IT infrastructure strategy, multi-cloud adoption, digital transformation, and technology roadmaps.
- Support P&L management for project portfolios including revenue forecasting, cost optimisation, and margin improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the firm’s annual business plan and growth targets.
5. Governance, Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular business performance reports, project status updates, and pipeline summaries for executive leadership.
- Maintain governance standards, risk registers, and compliance documentation across all active engagements.
- Uphold quality assurance processes and continuous improvement practices across delivery operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent assessed by the Australian Computer Society).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in ICT project management and service delivery in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar technology programs and client portfolios.
- PMP certification (Project Management Professional, PMI) or equivalent formal qualification.
- ITIL V3 or higher certification highly regarded.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level presentation skills.
Pay: $190,000.00 – $210,000.92 per year
