ABT is looking for a dynamic, and structured ICT Project Manager to lead internal and external projects across their full lifecycle.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of diverse technical and business initiatives, collaborating closely with executive leadership, internal team leaders, accounts, and key external clients.

Key Responsibilities & Main Duties
- End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Oversee project initiation, execution, closure, scope variations, security of the ICT systems and technical documentation.
- Cost & Budget Management: Develop detailed Breakdown Spreadsheets (BDSS) and project plans. Track costs, licenses, resource utilization, and client billing against progress.
- Timeline & Scope Control: Maintain project schedules, run kick-off meetings, track progress via PM sheets, and secure required sign-offs (CRD, UAT, Go-Live).
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients. Provide weekly status updates, lead meetings, and distribute minutes within 48 hours.
- Risk & Contract Management: Identify and document project risks in the issue register, providing weekly mitigation reports to the COO while ensuring alignment with client contracts.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside Team Leaders to manage resource allocation and partner with the Accounts team for accurate quoting, invoicing, and milestone tracking.
- Systems & Process Maintenance: Maintain project folders, support ticket documentation, client roadmaps, and SharePoint knowledge bases.
- Formulating and directing information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies and plans
Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience taking complete ownership of complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Relevant Certifications: At least a Bachelor degree in IT and other qualifications such as PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Strong Business Acumen: Ability to interface with finance, HR, marketing, sales, and operational departments smoothly.
Technical & General Competencies:
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com), collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, Confluence), and Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Resource Management: Familiarity with tracking project time in platforms such as Pronto or similar systems.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to build strong client rapport and direct project teams effectively.
- Problem Solving & Adaptability: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the agility to manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
