About Us

We are a family-owned builder/developer based in Norwest, committed to delivering quality projects while maintaining a supportive and friendly workplace. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Administration & Accounts Officer to join our team and become an integral part of our growing business.

About the Role

This is a varied role that combines administration and accounts support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while assisting with project administration and accounting tasks.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have proven experience in both administration and accounting.
Have a friendly and professional manner, with the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
Be highly organised, self-motivated, and have excellent attention to detail.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using MYOB or Xero is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administration support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Manage calendars, project schedules, and administrative records.
Process monthly rental updates and outgoing reconciliations.
Match invoices with approved quotations and investigate any discrepancies.
Maintain contractor compliance records, including insurance certificates and supporting documentation.
Process invoices, reconcile supplier accounts, and assist with month-end accounting tasks.
Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as required.
