About the Role
This is a varied role that combines administration and accounts support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while assisting with project administration and accounting tasks.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in both administration and accounting.
- Have a friendly and professional manner, with the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Be highly organised, self-motivated, and have excellent attention to detail.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using MYOB or Xero is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administration support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
- Manage calendars, project schedules, and administrative records.
- Process monthly rental updates and outgoing reconciliations.
- Match invoices with approved quotations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Maintain contractor compliance records, including insurance certificates and supporting documentation.
- Process invoices, reconcile supplier accounts, and assist with month-end accounting tasks.
- Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as required.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
