We have a newly created opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team either in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding our presence across key customers. Working closely with Senior Business Development Managers and Territory Managers, you will build strong relationships with decision-makers, develop a robust sales pipeline, and drive market share growth across NSW and VIC.

Your responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and grow key accounts across NSW.
Build strong customer relationships and identify key decision-makers.
Support sales growth in partnership with Business Development and Territory Managers.
Develop customer-focused proposals and solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements for success:
Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Administration or Management (desirable).
3+ years' sales or marketing experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer focused approach
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to travel interstate as required.
