Join a growing professional services firm where your organisational skills and initiative will play an important role in supporting clients, business operations, and overall team success.

At Novus Growth, we are a growing advisory firm focused on delivering practical, commercially driven outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business.

You will support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks, assist with client enquiries and coordination, maintain accurate records, and help ensure workflows run efficiently within a professional services environment.

You will also assist with liaison and correspondence with ASIC, the ATO, and other external stakeholders, while supporting the team with various ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Current right to work in Australia
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided to the right candidate
Strong organisational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in professional services or accounting environment (desirable)
Exposure to CRM or accounting systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB) advantageous
