Join the team at Andy's AutoRentals and have the opportunity to work with a fleet of over 400 passenger cars, buses, commercial vehicles and trucks, and assist leading a dynamic team in sales excellence. Be part of a market leading sales driven team that is all about the customer first. We are after our new Full Time Retail Manager at our Tweed Heads branch due to sales and business growth!

We are looking for people to represent the best in vehicle rental experiences in Australia - Andy's AutoRentals! We are seeking interest from those individuals that want to lead, passionately, grow largely and develop personally. If you love communicating, are all about the customer first, are solution, results and sales driven and want your customers to experience the best in vehicle rental services, then here is an opportunity to be involved.

We continue to invest in our people and right now we need the best in Retail Manager's in our branch to lead the future. We're looking for a person who knows what it takes to work in a sales and service business and has the following attributes:

- can positively lead and is driven and proactively operates for success

- is results driven/sales driven/team driven and enjoys working to targets

- is 100% customer orientated

- is an enthusiastic, clear communicator, and wants to succeed

- will create the best solutions available for customers

- is proactive/uses initiative to drive success/outcomes

- has availability to work full time over a 7 day period

Role requirements include, however are not exclusive to, and are subject to business growth and evolution:

- Achieve sales performance excellence at a Branch and Individual level (this is a hands on customer sales and service role)

- Achieve and exceed sales targets at a Branch and Individual level

- Lead, coach, train, develop, direct reporting team members for sales and customer service delivery excellence

- Lead and proactively communicate with customers on promotions and any other important updates

- Lead on customer service excellence, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

- Maximise customer outcomes

- Follow standard operating procedures for all outgoing and incoming vehicles

- Perform day to day reconciliations and daily cash balances

- Must have a valid Australian driver's licence and the right to work in Australia

Prior experience in the car industry and general knowledge of the software platform Rental Car Manager is highly regarded, however all sales driven applicants are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided and applicants with a strong desire to positively influence outcomes and achieve are encouraged to apply.
