Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Full Time Branch Manager to join and lead our Tweed Heads operations for growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about sales performance, customer service excellence, leadership and achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving branch revenue and business growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored vehicle rental solutions, leading and coaching team members, and maximising every sales opportunity.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. We're looking for a person who will help create a culture of performance, accountability, and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales performance excellence at a Branch and Individual level (this is a hands on customer sales and service role)
- Consistently achieve and exceed Branch and individual sales and conversion targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services and coaching of team
- Lead and build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Lead and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental journey
- Lead and proactively follow up leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities
- Promote Evolve Rentals' products and services to maximise business growth
- Lead and handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes
- Lead and complete daily administrative and reconciliation tasks as required
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused branch environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch performance goals
- Must have a valid Australian driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
