Job Description
At NRMA Parks & Resorts, we're creating extraordinary holiday experiences across some of Australia's most iconic destinations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Content Manager to lead our content strategy, elevate our storytelling and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a newly created role within our Brand & Content team, offering the opportunity to build and shape how content connects with travellers at every stage of their journey.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves travel and understands what inspires people to book their next getaway. Whether you've built your career in tourism, hospitality or travel marketing, or you're someone who spends every spare weekend exploring Australia's parks, coastal escapes and road-trip destinations, you'll bring a strong understanding of domestic travel and traveller behaviour.
What you will do

Own and lead the content strategy across owned, paid and earned channels.

Develop annual, quarterly and campaign content plans that align with business objectives.

Drive a hub-and-spoke content model to create more connected customer experiences.

Optimise content performance across website, EDM, social media, creator partnerships, paid media and emerging channels.

Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, analytics and performance reporting.

Lead the evolution of new content channels, including video and YouTube.

Work closely with brand, digital, revenue, membership and operations teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.

Build relationships with creators, agencies and industry partners to maximise reach and impact.

Champion content best practice and help shape the future direction of content across the business.
What you will bring

Proven experience in content strategy, content marketing or brand/content leadership roles.

Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth.

A strong understanding of the Australian travel landscape, domestic travel behaviours and the role content plays in inspiring holiday decisions.

Experience within the travel, tourism or hospitality industry will be highly regarded. Equally, we'd love to hear from people who are genuinely passionate about travel, caravan parks, resorts and exploring Australia.

Experience managing content across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
