An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and organised Property Management Assistant & Leasing Consultant to join our growing team at Local Realty Sales and Rentals in Tweed Heads.
This is the perfect role for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate. Working alongside our experienced Property Managers, you'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support while assisting with the day-to-day management and leasing of our portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting with leasing enquiries, open homes, applications, and tenant onboarding
Supporting Property Managers with maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and administration
Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
Maintaining accurate records using Console, ReNet and IRE
Welcoming clients and trades into our office and assisting them with enquiries
What we're looking for:
Current NSW Assistant Agent Qualification
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation and time management
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
