Local Realty Sale & Rentals is looking for a Trainee Property Assistant. This is a full-time role for someone starting out in real estate. No experience needed. We will teach you the job.
You will support our sales and property management teams with daily tasks. You will learn how the industry works from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Prepare property listings and marketing material
- Coordinate open homes and inspections
- Handle general administration and data entry
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and buyers
- Support the team with day-to-day office tasks
