Mr Filter is a Trucking, Earthmoving, Mining Supplies Store. Everything from Filter Kits for Trucks, Cars and Construction Equipment. Additional products include Oil, Tools, Electrical, Safety, Consumables and SO MUCH MORE for Retail/Trade.

We are a Family Business and list over 50,000 Products. For more than 27 Years, our business has started from small beginning's and has grown into the industry leader with “Exceptional” customer service for the supply of parts and supplies necessary to get our Trucking, Mining and Construction industry everything they need.

We have a second branch in Brisbane QLD and can deliver Australia wide by our Mr Filter Drivers and third-party couriers to get our customers what they need quickly. Our team are proud to be a part of something special.

About the role

You will learn about how to look up products with ease, parts/filters for Trucks, Machines, heavy equipment and Cars with what Filters, Oil are required as well as all other products for the industry. Providing the best service experience for our customers. Little to no Interpreting experience required. We have Extensive training on site which will help with every aspect of the role.

This position is Front Counter Sales with managing the store and staff tasks within the day to day business operations. Ensuring it meets our Mr Filter standard.

General list of Tasks for this role:

· Organising Rostered Saturday shifts

· Approving Staff Lunch times and breaks

· Customer Queries

· Staff Queries

· Staff Workload delegation

· Product Stock Purchasing

· Shop Maintenance

· Work Health Safety Requirements

· Internal Staff Training and onboarding

· In store Counter Sales 1 on 1 with Customers

· Handling Phone Enquiries

· Respond to Email Enquiries

· Interpreting Filters (On site Training) (No Experience Required)

· Search by Make, Model, Rego to find the correct items

· Other Internal Tasks

· Build Customer Relationships

· Sourcing New Product Ranges

· Upsell Product Promotions

· Merchandising

· Cover other Staff for Annual Leave, Sick Day

· Ensuring key performance indicators are met
