The Opportunity

Joining the World’s Most Sustainable Company, you will leverage your proven experience across IT/digital/technology to act as the trusted link between our diverse stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with business priorities and strategic objectives.
Within a team of like-minded technical professionals, you will drive some exciting technical solutions as part of our ongoing Transformation Roadmap, deploying your passions as you power the future success of our growing organisation. Primarily focused across our Digital Energy and Services operations, you will closely partner with various senior leaders and other global stakeholders, playing a central role within a truly global organisation as part of a market leading brand.
Key responsibilities will see you:

Partner with various stakeholders and our senior leaders to understand business needs, drive digital transformation initiatives, prioritise demand and deliver technology-enabled outcomes that improve operational performance

Deliver business value via technical solutions that enable business success, leveraging your specialist expertise, while building trusted and collaborative relationships
- Maintain a strong focus on project coordination and delivery, balancing the strategic objectives of the Customer and broader organisation to ensure that initiatives are aligned with strategy and other related priorities

Play a lead role in the planning, budgeting, governance, execution and closure of projects, addressing any change requests as you adhere to relevant business processes

Monitor project progress, risks and issues, escalating when required and ensuring that you maintain an eye for continuous improvement as you foster innovation and enhance business performance

Influence and guide stakeholders through complex and ambiguous challenges, applying sound judgement, a commercial focus and a trusted source of specialist advice
- Take the lead on various specialist projects/initiatives, providing governance, coordination and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders

Operate across a variety of time zones when required, all within an environment that provides you with hybrid working options, supportive leadership and all the tools to succeed
(External) English Qualifications:
About You
-
Relevant tertiary qualification/s and previous experience in the use of SAP
-
Previous experience in a similar role where you have successfully executed IT/digital projects, ideally within a complex global/multinational organisation

Solid IT background that encompasses key areas such as; Application Support, Systems Administration, Network/Infra, AI, Cloud, ERP systems, Digital Transformation etc

Strong skills in project planning, project coordination and overall execution, especially when it comes to supporting diverse customer/business requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholder groups and achieve outcomes through people, including senior leaders and those outside of your immediate team/country/zone

Those with additional Postgraduate Qualifications or Certifications will be viewed favourably (SAP, Project Management etc.), as will those with any specific domain experience (Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain etc)
