Jheer House | Wraps & Skewers is a growing food retail business in Rockdale, NSW,
known for serving fresh, high-quality meals and delivering excellent customer service.
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and
support our team, maintain high service standards, and help drive the continued
success and growth of our business.
Some of the key responsibility are:
- Oversee the daily retail operations of Jheer House to ensure efficient workflows and high standards of customer service.
- Lead, supervise, and support team members, fostering a positive and productivework environment.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and monitor staff performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering, stock rotation, and supplier coordination, to maintain adequate stock levels and minimise wastage.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Develop and maintain appropriate product mix, pricing, and merchandising standards to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of quality products.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and operational performance, and assist with budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food retail regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback professionally, helping to maintain Jheer House's reputation for quality products and excellent service.
Skills And Qualification
- Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business
Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a retail management, supervisory, orsimilar operational role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
- Ability to analyse sales performance, manage operational targets, and contribute to business growth.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
