✨The core mission of the Solutions Engineer:
Embark on a quest to revolutionize Hack The Box’s presence in the cybersecurity landscape. Your mission is to provide technical, story-based consultations and deliverables while becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on all things Hack The Box. Within 4 months, you'll focus on mastering our products and services, delivering top-notch demos, and supporting our enterprise clients in their cybersecurity journey. In the next year, your role will expand to include professional trainings and workshops, contributing to our ongoing growth and success.

The fellowship you’ll be joining:
Join a band of talented SE’s with diverse expertise in consulting, penetration testing, incident response, and security operation centers. You'll report to the Senior Director, Global Solutions Engineering, and collaborate extensively with various departments, including Content Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Infrastructure, and Analytics. Your role is crucial in bridging technical knowledge and practical application to help our clients realize exceptional results and value from our offerings.

The adventures that await you after becoming a Solutions Engineer at Hack The Box:

Plan and deliver tailored and impactful product demos to new prospects and existing clients.

Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on deal strategy and paths to a “technical win”.

Plan and guide customers through value-led trials and evaluations of Hack The Box’s offerings

Build and maintain relationships with customer technical stakeholders to ensure we continuously meet

Conduct Hack The Box workshops and professional trainings.

Dive deep into our HTB content to become a strong SME.

Provide technical story-based consultations and deliverables to clients.
Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Solutions Engineer at Hack The Box:

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar in the Cybersecurity space.

Strong understanding of SaaS models and cybersecurity concepts.
-
Relentless curiosity and hunger for learning.

Natural ability to converse and build rapport with everyone from practitioners to executives.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong assets include:
-
Past experience working with Channel Partners in the APAC region.

Past work experience in Technical Consulting, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, DFIR, or a combination of these fields is a strong asset.

Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CEH, OSCP, CISSP)

Prior experience with the Hack The Box platform
