Square Capital is seeking a commercially driven Senior Relationship Manager or Vice President to acquire, manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients and institutional investors.
This is a front-office, revenue-generating role with responsibility for new client acquisition, relationship management and portfolio growth. The successful candidate will be expected to understand clients’ investment objectives, risk appetite and capital markets needs, and to introduce relevant solutions across the firm’s product offering.
The role requires strong business development capability, confidence engaging sophisticated clients and a proven ability to convert relationships into assets, trading activity and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire (originate), develop and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients and institutional investors;
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's investment objectives, portfolio construction, liquidity requirements, risk tolerance and broader wealth management needs.
- Identify opportunities arising from clients' strategic asset allocation, liquidity management and capital deployment requirements.
- Deliver differentiated market insights, investment ideas and bespoke capital markets solutions aligned with clients' objectives.
- Partner closely with Research, Sales Trading, Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver seamless execution and an integrated client experience.
- Drive client adoption and distribution of financial products and services, including: Shares and margin financing, ETF, Funds management products, Fixed-income products, Structured products
- Develop and execute client coverage plans to increase assets under management, trading activity, product penetration and overall client contribution.
- Identify broader commercial opportunities across financing, options, structured solutions and family wealth management.
- Maintain regular and proactive client engagement, ensuring a consistently high level of service throughout the client relationship.
- Complete all required KYC, AML, suitability and client onboarding processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed business development, revenue generation, client acquisition and relationship management objectives.
About You
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, relationship management, business development or financial services sales.
- Strong ability to establish credibility and build long-term relationships with sophisticated clients.
- Strong commercial judgement, communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams and manage competing priorities.
- High standards of integrity, professional conduct and regulatory awareness.
- Resilience and the ability to perform in a commercial, target-driven environment.
- Understanding of financial markets and the key drivers of macroeconomic and capital market activity.
An established network of high-net-worth or institutional clients will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of equities, funds, fixed income, structured products, derivatives and other investment products would be advantageous, but is not essential where the candidate demonstrates strong client relationships and business development capability.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
