About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and agile Site Manager to lead complex 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. We have numerous locations across the Sutherland Shire, Western Sydney up to the Blue Mountains. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, guiding and mentoring a passionate team of Disability Support Workers to deliver best-practice care.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate care and services for residents in complex SIL homes.
- Manage home resources, including shared spaces, assets, and vehicles.
- Interpret and implement complex support plans.
- Oversee restrictive practices, risk management, and incident reporting.
- Champion choice and control for residents in their own homes.
- Keep documentation current and ensure plans are in place.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide on-call support (approx. 2–3 times per year).
About You
You’re a motivated, resilient, and empathetic leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You’re adaptable, commercially savvy, and passionate about delivering high-quality services. Challenges don’t scare you—they inspire you to find solutions and drive continuous improvement.
You bring:
- Management experience in disability services, including complex behaviours.
- Strong knowledge of restrictive practices and NDIS requirements.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Understanding of self-care and professional boundaries.
- A relevant qualification (Diploma or higher).
Successful applicants will require a current NSW Drivers Licence and First Aid certificate. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a pre-employment medical, 100 points of ID, full Australian Work rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
