CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of facilities management operations for a premium Charter Hall commercial office building in the heart of Sydney CBD. This role offers accountability for the day-to-day performance, maintenance, compliance and occupier experience of a single asset, while working as part of a wider precinct team responsible for three premium commercial buildings.
As the dedicated Facilities Manager for your building, you will be the key operational contact for tenants, contractors and client stakeholders, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Supported by an experienced precinct team, you will have the autonomy to manage your asset while benefiting from the collaboration and expertise of a broader portfolio environment.

In This Role, You Will
Take ownership of the day-to-day facilities management and operational performance of a premium Charter Hall commercial office building
Manage planned and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring building services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with contractual requirements
Lead contractor performance across all building services, driving service quality, compliance and value outcomes
Act as the primary facilities contact for tenants, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive occupier experience
Oversee building compliance, WHS obligations, risk management activities and statutory requirements
Conduct regular inspections and proactively identify opportunities to improve building presentation, performance and operational outcomes
Manage operational reporting, budgets and service delivery measures for your asset
Collaborate with the wider facilities management team across the three-building precinct to support portfolio initiatives and operational excellence
