In this role, you'll:
Shape the future of asset management across NSW’s largest transport network.
You’ll be working as part of a team delivering strategic asset management frameworks and governance, this role will see you champion compliance with NSW Treasury Asset Management Policy, coordinate asset lifecycle activities, and support the development of Asset and Services Plans across all modes of transport. You’ll play a key role in ensuring assets are maintained effectively, growth projects are fit for purpose, and customer outcomes are achieved while minimising operational costs.
You will lead initiatives that drive compliance, efficiencies, and continual improvement in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment where collaboration and innovation are essential. From influencing change across diverse agencies to preparing executive briefings and supporting rationalisation programs, your work will directly impact the sustainability and performance of NSW’s transport assets.

About you
You are a strategic thinker, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, formed across asset management, infrastructure planning, or related fields. You are able to navigate complex ownership structures, overcome operational challenges, and deliver robust asset management solutions that align with government objectives.
You’re recognised as a collaborative leader, skilled at integrating lifecycle planning and compliance frameworks, and experienced in developing and implementing asset strategies that balance cost, risk, and performance.
You have relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience along with Professional Asset Management Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
