About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our Sydney office. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office systems, coordinating administrative resources and supporting the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise and review office administration systems and procedures.
Coordinate office resources, facilities, equipment and administrative support.
Supervise administrative workflows and monitor staff performance.
Manage office records, documentation and administrative accounts.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and external service providers.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and general personnel administration.
Assist with payroll administration and employee records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Work Health & Safety requirements and relevant legislation.
Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least three years' experience in office management, business administration or a similar role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Previous experience within the logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain industry will be highly regarded.
