An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our team at our Arncliffe head-office. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions, ensuring the organisation runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of compliance, professionalism, and service delivery.
Location: Arncliffe, NSW Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 pa plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office and campus operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.- Maintain and improve office procedures, policies, and administrative systems to support compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Manage procurement, office supplies, equipment, and stock control.
- Coordinate facilities management, maintenance, repairs, and essential campus services.- Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation as per compliance protocols.
- Prepare reports and operational documents to support management decision-making.- Manage communication systems, including phone, email, and website administration.
- Coordinate staff onboarding, inductions, employee records, and basic HR functions.
- Support compliance activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and a positive workplace culture.
**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Management, Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Experience within the VET, education, compliance, or professional services sectors.
- Knowledge of admin systems, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills in managing multiple priorities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
