About Us
Little Frankie’s Tattoo is a well-established Sydney tattoo studio offering custom tattoos, flash pieces, cover-ups and large-scale tattoo work in a safe, inclusive and client-focused environment.
We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to coordinate the administrative operations of our Sydney CBD studio and support the efficient day-to-day running of the business.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Management, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- At least two years of relevant full-time work experience in office management, administration or a similar role.
- Experience supervising administrative staff and coordinating daily office operations.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing office records, accounts, payroll information and administrative systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet operational deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong computer skills and experience using office, booking and record-management systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning and review of office services and establish operational priorities and service standards.
- Coordinate the administrative operations of the Sydney CBD studio.
- Allocate administrative staff, workspace, equipment and other office resources according to operational requirements.
- Assign duties to staff, monitor work performance and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate client bookings, reception services, artist schedules, enquiries and general office activities.
- Manage office records, correspondence, accounts, invoices, payroll information and administrative databases.
- Liaise with the business owner, tattoo artists, accountants, suppliers, IT providers and other professionals to coordinate business activities and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure office equipment, booking systems, stationery and supplies are maintained and available.
- Develop, review and implement office procedures, administrative systems and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, relevant legislation, company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate personnel activities, including recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll administration, training, supervision and performance management.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency, staff performance and client service.
