Primary objective
Develop, coordinate and deliver high-quality learning solutions, training programs and supporting documentation to enable NT Health
staff to effectively utilise TechnologyOne Supply Chain Systems, including procurement, inventory, catalogue management and associated
business processes. Support system implementation, user adoption and continuous improvement through face-to-face, virtual and online
learning across metropolitan and remote Northern Territory locations.
Context statement
NT Health is implementing Technology One to modernise procurement, inventory and warehouse management capability across the
northern regions. The rollout supports replacement of legacy Qantel processes, improved catalogue governance, inventory visibility, lot
and expiry controls, GS1 barcode scanning, fixed reorder quantities, recall traceability and a more consistent hub-and-spoke distribution
model across Top End, Big Rivers and East Arnhem. The role will work closely with regional stakeholders, warehouse and inventory teams,
procurement, finance, ICT, system administration, TechnologyOne consultants and operational subject matter experts to maintain
continuity of supply while supporting business readiness and change adoption.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Design, deliver and evaluate training and support programs to build the capacity of staff in client agencies and DCDD to use enterprise

level and business IT systems, including developing support materials, online tutorials and authorising tools to assist staff to self-learn.
2. Facilitate, coordinate and deliver training and support to staff and client agencies across an extensive range of IT systems.
3. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, system owners/product vendors, to ensure professional training and

support is provided in line with contracted service agreements.
4. Conduct user research, analyse and prepare training evaluation reports and provide recommendations to address areas for

improvement, such as standards, methods, content, tools and applications.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of systemic policies, procedures and projects to support DCDD’s and the NT

Government’s strategic and operational digital objectives.
6. Support continuous improvement and a client centred approach to service delivery, including fostering place-based support initiatives.
Selection criteria
Essential
1. Demonstrated experience in delivering information systems training applying a blended approach in a variety of contexts including

one-on-one, small group and large group forums, following a facilitator guide, in line with agreed training delivery processes and
standards, implementation plans and schedules.

2. Develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive training that support strategies and plans associated with effective use of agency
specific business systems, IT applications and equipment.

3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to adapt delivery styles to suit a variety of audiences within a
cross-cultural context.

4. Demonstrated understanding of research methodologies, data analysis and evaluation to provide evidence-based recommendations
to resolve problems, improve work practices and support change within the workplace.

5. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and to leverage the specialist expertise of self and others to achieve
outcomes for clients.

6. Proven experience successfully building and maintaining productive working relationships stakeholders and clients.
7. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of being professional, accountable, honest, innovative and

respectful.
Desirable
1. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
