Located within Bankstown Sports Club, La Piazza brings the warmth, flavours and hospitality of Italy to the heart of Bankstown. From handcrafted pizzas and traditional pasta dishes to family-style dining and memorable celebrations, La Piazza offers guests an authentic Italian dining experience in a welcoming and vibrant setting.
As part of the Bankstown Sports Group, you'll be joining one of Australia's leading hospitality and entertainment organisations, recognised for investing in its people, promoting from within, and providing genuine career development opportunities.
Due to continued growth and strong guest demand, we are expanding our team and are seeking multiple Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join La Piazza and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences through warm hospitality, attentive service and a genuine love of great food. Shifts are available across lunch, dinner, evenings and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing friendly, professional and attentive table service.
Welcoming guests and creating a warm, memorable dining experience.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Assisting guests with menu recommendations and enquiries.
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Following food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong presentation and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Current RSA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
