About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced bartenders who are passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Working primarily at Lady Banks Rooftop, you'll be part of a high-energy team delivering premium beverage service across our bustling rooftop venue. Shifts will generally be available Thursday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
For team members seeking additional hours and broader hospitality experience, there will also be opportunities to cross-train and work in other bars and restaurants across the Bankstown Sports precinct on other days of the week.
What You'll Be Doing
- Crafting and serving a range of classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard.
- Delivering warm, engaging and attentive customer service.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Assisting with stock control, replenishment and venue presentation.
- Working collaboratively with bar, floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Following all RSA requirements and health and safety standards.
- Contributing to the energetic and welcoming atmosphere Lady Banks is renowned for.
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love engaging with guests while creating exceptional drinks and experiences.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous bartending experience, ideally in a busy cocktail or high-volume venue.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktail preparation.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain organised and work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
