As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Gaming Team Leader to join our high-performing Gaming team. About the Role
As a Gaming Team Leader, you will lead from the front, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of one of the Club's busiest departments. You will play a key role in developing team capability, driving operational excellence and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
We're currently seeking both Full Time and Part Time Gaming Team Leaders to join our high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and supporting team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Supervising daily Gaming operations and ensuring service standards are consistently achieved
- Providing ongoing training, feedback and development opportunities to team members
- Managing floor operations, delegating tasks and responding to customer and operational needs
- Ensuring operational procedures, reporting requirements and clearance processes are completed accurately
- Maintaining compliance with Gaming regulations, Club policies and workplace procedures
- Resolving customer and team concerns professionally and efficiently
- Promoting a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Supporting a safe and secure environment for members, guests and employees
About You
You are a confident hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You have strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style that inspires those around you.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a Gaming, Hospitality or Club environment
- Strong knowledge of Gaming operations and relevant legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities
- A valid NSW Competency Card
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional standards
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
