Due to continued growth and strong guest demand, we are expanding our team and are seeking multiple Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join Basement Brewhouse and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Working primarily at Basement Brewhouse, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering outstanding food and beverage service across lunch, dinner, entertainment and sporting event trade. Shifts will generally be available Wednesday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
For team members seeking additional hours and broader hospitality experience, there will also be opportunities to cross-train and work across other restaurants, bars and venues within the Bankstown Sports precinct.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, efficient and professional table and bar service.
- Delivering food and beverages to guests while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Assisting guests with menu selections and venue enquiries.
- Processing orders through POS systems and handling payments accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas.
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
- Following food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
