About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager who understands that great restaurants are built on great people, exceptional food, and consistent service. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for creating an environment where guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return.
You will lead a team focused on delivering outstanding service, maintaining high food and presentation standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of La Piazza.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly dining atmosphere.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards across every shift.
- Build strong relationships with guests and foster customer loyalty and repeat visitation.
- Coach and develop team members to deliver genuine, engaging hospitality.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Manage bookings, celebrations, and special occasions with attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Monitor labour and operational costs while maintaining service excellence
About You
You are a hospitality professional who understands that people return to restaurants because of the experience as much as the food. You are passionate about service, thrive on developing teams, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a busy restaurant or brasserie environment.
- A passion for hospitality, food, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.

- Experience building customer loyalty and creating repeat business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on approach and visible presence on the floor during service.
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
