Due to continued growth and strong guest demand, we are expanding our team and are seeking multiple Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join La Piazza and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences through warm hospitality, attentive service and a genuine love of great food. Shifts are available across lunch, dinner, evenings and weekends.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, professional and attentive table service.
- Welcoming guests and creating a warm, memorable dining experience.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
- Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Assisting guests with menu recommendations and enquiries.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Following food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You
You are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating exceptional dining experiences. You enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a busy environment and bring positive energy to every shift.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong presentation and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
