About the Role
We are looking for passionate and professional Food & Beverage Attendants to join our front-of-house team.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced waitstaff looking to take the next step into fine dining, or hospitality professionals with previous à la carte or premium dining experience seeking a new challenge.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver attentive and personalised food and beverage service
- Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality
- Develop strong product knowledge across our menu and beverage offerings
- Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
About You
- Previous experience in a restaurant, à la carte, premium casual, or fine dining environment
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Confident carrying three plates and working efficiently during busy service periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished presentation with strong attention to detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Current RSA & RCG Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
