Location: Pimpama, Queensland

Job Description:

As a Chef at Rasoi Masters, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. In addition to your culinary expertise, we are seeking an individual who possesses strong leadership qualities, a passion for innovation, and a dedication to creating extraordinary dishes.

Responsibilities Include:

Monitoring food quality and presentation
Menu Development and Planning:
Team Leadership and Supervising kitchen staff, and coordinating activities
Customer Interaction and Satisfaction
Inventory Management and Procurement
Demonstrating cooking techniques and advising on procedures
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or relevant Diploma from a recognized institution in Australia.
Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality food and service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with ease.
