Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations.
- Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff.
- Manage food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Control food costs, stock ordering and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with management to drive kitchen performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume venue.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Passion for food and commitment to quality.
