Bluegrass BBQ Victoria Point is looking for a passionate Casual Chef to join our kitchen team.
We're a busy, fast-paced restaurant that takes pride in serving quality BBQ with genuine hospitality. With an experienced team, supportive owners, and a positive kitchen culture, we're looking for someone who enjoys working hard, learning new skills, and taking pride in every plate that leaves the pass.
We're ideally looking for someone who is available Mondays and Tuesdays for both lunch and dinner service, with approximately 20 hours per week initially and the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a busy commercial kitchen (high-volume experience is an advantage).
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing quality food.
- Is a team player who can also work confidently on their own.
- Is reliable, committed, and has a strong work ethic.
- Is eager to learn and continually improve.
- Has reliable transport if you don't live locally.
- Is available for lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
