Full Job Description

Lead Generation

Research and identify potential customers across target industries.
Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, company directories, and online research tools.
Identify key decision-makers including CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Managers, and Business Owners.
Generate qualified sales opportunities for the Business Development team.

Cold Calling

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
Introduce Teckonnect's ICT solutions and service offerings.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
Follow up with prospects via phone and email.

CRM Management

Record all communications, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Update prospect information and maintain accurate sales records.
Track lead progression through the sales funnel.

Campaign Support

Assist with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
Support event registrations, webinar outreach, and promotional activities.
Participate in sales and marketing team meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.

Preferred

Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or related fields.
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM platforms.
Interest in technology, cloud computing, or IT services.
