Outbound telephone marketing based lead generation and appointment setting casual/part-time positions available. The rate is $32.31 per hour plus 12% super, some campaigns may also have a bonus incentive structure.
The role will require following a script, introducing a company's service to prospective clients, asking a few qualifying questions, cover objections and closing for an appointment, or sales meeting on behalf of our client.
All training will be provided. You will need to capture the relevant details and log these in an online software system called a CRM.
This is a working remotely opportunity. You will need the following to be successful in this role:
- You will need a PC/Laptop with a Windows operating system, our software will not work with Mac, if you do have a Mac, we can assist you install a parallel Windows OS.
* You need a minimum of 8GB of ram.
- A quite professional home environment - meaning the phone calls need to sound like you are calling from a corporate office. i.e. no noisy flatmates, kids or barking dogs.
- Headset - you need a professional call center usb headset, with noise cancelling features. If you don't have one, we can recommend one, a noise cancelling headset will retail at approximately $80 to $100.
- You will need a home office setup - computer/laptop, keyboard, mouse, desk and chair.
- Internet - you will need a minimum of 10 mbps upload and download speed
Days Per Week: 2.5 days per week is available, with an opportunity for 5 days per week for the right applicant.

Requirements are as follows:
- We are looking for candidates with outbound calling experience, this could be for one of the following: charity calls, lead generation or appointment setting or sales calls.
- If you have some level of sales experience in business development, either via phone or face to face where you’ve been selling business to business, that would be seen as an advantage. For our calls we are only calling B2B not B2C.
- You must have a professional tone and good articulate communication skills.
- A great command of the English language, and an easily understood accent.
- You will need intermediate computer skills in terms of experience using CRM’s to log calls as well as typing speed of 20 to 40 words per minute.
