Cold Calling
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce Teckonnect's ICT solutions and service offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
CRM Management
- Record all communications, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Update prospect information and maintain accurate sales records.
- Track lead progression through the sales funnel.
Campaign Support
- Assist with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Support event registrations, webinar outreach, and promotional activities.
- Participate in sales and marketing team meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
