At Dynamic Sport Physiotherapy, we help people get back to doing the things they love.

Whether it's returning to sport, getting back to work, playing with their children, or simply living without pain, our team is passionate about helping patients recover and move better.

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to play an important role in a patient's recovery journey.

This is much more than a typical reception role.

You will often be the first person a patient speaks to when they are injured, frustrated, worried, or unsure where to turn.

Your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and make people feel supported can have a significant impact on their experience and recovery.

Most reception roles focus on answering phones and booking appointments.

In this role, you will become an important part of our healthcare team.

You will learn:

How physiotherapy helps people recover from injury
How to communicate confidently with patients
How to support people who are in pain or frustrated
How to guide patients through treatment decisions
How to create an exceptional patient experience
How to manage challenging situations professionally

You will receive ongoing coaching, weekly paid training, and regular feedback to help you develop skills that will benefit you throughout your career.

No previous physiotherapy experience is required.

Your Responsibilities

Welcome and support patients both in person and over the phone
Book and manage appointments using Cliniko
Follow up enquiries and assist prospective patients
Respond to emails and online enquiries
Process payments and manage front desk operations
Work closely with physiotherapists to ensure patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey
Help create a positive and caring environment for every patient
