About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Urgent Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where no two days are the same. You'll be the central point of coordination, ensuring our Urgent Care Centres are supported with the right clinicians, the right resources, and the right solutions at the right time.

What you'll be doing
As an Urgent Care Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the operational success of our Urgent Care network by:
- Coordinating clinical workforce requirements across multiple centres.
- Responding rapidly to workforce gaps and operational challenges.
- Building strong relationships with doctors, nurses and operational leaders.
- Identifying trends and implementing proactive solutions before issues escalate.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality patient care.
- Managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
