About the Role
Ambizcon is looking for a Medical Liaison and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role suits a fresher graduate with strong communication skills who is confident meeting people in person, comfortable representing a growing brand, and excited to build a real career from the ground up.
This role starts on a casual basis, with guaranteed hours provided weekly, giving stability while learning the role. Full training will be provided, so no prior industry experience is required. What matters most is attitude, communication ability, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations and Field Visits
This role significantly involves visiting General Practice clinics, specialist clients, and existing Ambizcon clients in person to maintain relationships and represent the company professionally. Because this involves regular travel, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
GP and Specialist Marketing
Promote Ambizcon's services during client visits, distribute relevant materials, and support outreach that grows and strengthens presence across General Practice and specialist clients.
Media Recording
Capture testimonials, promotional content, and other media during client visits to support Ambizcon's marketing and brand building efforts.
Brand Promotion
As the role matures, the associate will take on growing responsibility for promoting Ambizcon as a brand in its own right, representing the company beyond individual client visits.
General Support and Growing Responsibilities
As a new and growing company, Ambizcon needs team members who are flexible and willing to support other areas of the business. This may include administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, supporting internal marketing activities, and taking on new responsibilities as the company scales. The right candidate will have significant opportunity to grow within the organisation.
