Support & Outreach Coordinator (Disability Support)
Location: Biggenden QLD 4621
Company: National Disability Care (NDC)
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
Job Type: Casual
Before applying, please read this carefully.
This is not a role for someone looking to pick up a few shifts until something else comes along.
We are looking for someone who values reliability, follows through on commitments and understands that consistency is one of the most important parts of disability support.
Our participants deserve support workers they can trust. If you frequently change jobs, accept positions you don't intend to start, disappear during recruitment or onboarding, or cannot commit to the same participants each week, this position will not be suitable.
We completely understand that circumstances can change and opportunities arise. However, we ask that you only apply if you are genuinely interested in this role and intend to see the recruitment process through.
National Disability Care (NDC) is a growing NDIS provider focused on delivering structured, person-centred supports while building genuine, long-term relationships with both participants and our team. We pride ourselves on being supportive, approachable and responsive, and we are looking for someone who shares those values.
