What your day could look like
As PACS Coordinator, you'll help ensure imaging teams have the systems and support they need to deliver safe, efficient care. Working with clinicians and stakeholders, you'll drive improvements that strengthen service delivery and patient outcomes.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Optimising imaging systems and workflows to enhance service performance.
Providing expert support and advice to users across the health service.
Leading system upgrades, maintenance activities and improvement projects.
Using data and stakeholder feedback to identify and implement better ways of working.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience.
Ability to quickly learn and manage complex digital systems.
Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Strong communication, judgement and problem-solving skills.
You'll stand out if you have experience with medical imaging or clinical information systems and/or technology improvement projects.
Most importantly, you're passionate about using technology to support healthcare and strengthen regional communities.
Your work will help connect people, systems and care across the health service.
