If you enjoy combining administration, accounts and helping people, this is an opportunity to play an important role in one of our Levande village communities.
As the Administration & Accounts Assistant, you'll support the Village Manager with day-to-day administration while taking responsibility for key accounts processes that help the village operate smoothly. With around 50% of the role focused on accounts administration, this is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers while still building relationships with residents, families and visitors.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

Use your administration and accounts skills in a varied role.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and the village team.

Permanent part-time employment
Thursdays and Fridays | 8:30am – 4:36pm
Competitive hourly rate of $35 base
A supportive village environment with meaningful resident interaction
Ongoing support from your Village Manager and Operations team

What You Will Be Working On

You'll:

Prepare monthly resident billing and process accounts payable.
Maintain accurate financial records, documentation and filing systems.
Provide administration support to the Village Manager.
Manage invoices, correspondence and office administration.
Coordinate meetings, activities and village communications.
Act as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

You'll bring:

Previous administration experience with strong accounts payable experience.
Experience using financial systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confidence managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.

Experience within retirement living, aged care, hospitality or property will be highly regarded.
