What You'll Be Working On
As the Administration Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the village. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Village Manager
- Preparing monthly billing statements and processing accounts payable
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and village documentation
- Coordinating meetings, village activities and general office administration
- Managing enquiries and correspondence as the first point of contact for the village
- Welcoming residents, families and visitors while building positive relationships
- Supporting village events and helping create a connected community
- Contributing to a safe, organised and compliant workplace
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems

- The ability to work independently while also being part of a close-knit team
