We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing, corporate card and staff expense settlements, vendor onboarding, and general accounts payable administration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, employees, vendors, and the broader Finance team to ensure transactions are processed accurately and promptly.

What you will be doing
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring invoices and enquiries are actioned accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process invoices, corporate card transactions, and staff expense claims through the Accounts Payable system.
- Upload Accounts Payable and expense entries into the general ledger system.
- Liaise with vendors, employees, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support Accounts Payable processes.
- Support vendor onboarding, Accounts Payable system administration, and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience working with Accounts Payable processes, systems, and high-volume transaction processing.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence liaising with employees, vendors, and internal teams.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach, with basic Excel skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
