We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Full Time Practice Manager who thrives on accountability, leads with clarity, and takes ownership of outcomes. This is more than just management, it’s leadership with impact. As second in charge, you’ll work closely with the owner to oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic while continuously improving how the practice operates, with the autonomy to lead and the support to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations and coordination of the clinic
Lead, support, and develop the administration team to ensure high performance
Coordinate clinician schedules and optimise patient flow throughout the day
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and overall efficiency
Monitor practice performance and support operational growth initiatives
Ensure compliance, policies, and clinic systems are consistently maintained
Work closely with clinicians to support an exceptional patient experience
Manage patient journey touchpoints and handle escalations professionally
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
Maintain organisation, accountability, and structure across all areas of the practice

Required Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both people and performance
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Systems-driven thinker with a focus on continuous improvement
Confident decision-maker who takes ownership and accountability
Strong understanding of workflow coordination in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (Microsoft Suite)
Excellent communication skills across both team and patient interactions

Preferred Experience

Experience in dental, medical, allied health, or healthcare environments is highly regarded
Experience leading teams within a patient-focused or service-based business
Track record of improving systems, workflows, and team performance
Experience managing patient flow and service delivery in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with client experience or patient journey management
