We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and motivated Client Engagement Officer to join our team on a casual basis to help expand our reach across local health networks and community groups.
The Role
This is an outreach, marketing, and client intake coordination role - no clinical experience or aggressive sales targets required!
You will serve as the face of our organisation across Australia. Your main focus will be establishing relationships with Hospital discharge planners, GP clinics, medical practices, local community centres, and health professionals to distribute information about our nursing services and assist with incoming care inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach: Visit local GP surgeries, medical centers, pharmacies, and allied health practices to introduce our services and deliver referral/marketing materials.
- Relationship Building: Build warm, ongoing relationships with reception staff, practice managers, and community health workers.
- Client Intake Support: Respond warmly to initial telephone and email inquiries from families or clients, explaining our care options and taking down key details.
- Admin & Tracking: Maintain simple records of daily site visits, log new contacts in our database, and schedule follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our clinical care team to ensure seamless handovers when a family requests care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Driver’s Licence: Current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record (Essential for operating the company vehicle).
- Screening Checks: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using basic Google Suite and mobile database entry.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently when out in the field completing daily visit schedules.

- Competitive Casual Rate: $33.70 – $36.80/hr (includes 25% casual loading) + 12% Super.
