Office Administrator – Front Office / Administration

Position: Office Administrator – Front Office
Company: ABS All Building Supplies Pty Ltd
Location: 1/12 Pattinson Road, Newton, SA 5074
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Friday

About Us

ABS All Building Supplies Pty Ltd is a well-established company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom house cabinetry. We are committed to delivering quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and efficient project management.

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and manage day-to-day front office and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front office operations and provide professional customer service.
Handle general office administration, filing, data entry, and paperwork.
Prepare, update, and maintain invoices using company accounting or invoicing software.
Enter and update customer, supplier, and job information in company software.
Process purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and other administrative documents.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with general enquiries.
Coordinate paperwork and information between customers, office staff, suppliers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are kept organised and up to date.
Assist with scheduling, job administration, and general office coordination.
Follow up outstanding paperwork and invoices when required.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company and customer information.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in office administration, reception, or a similar role is preferred.
Good computer skills and confidence using office and invoicing/accounting software.
Experience updating invoices and maintaining electronic records.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and friendly telephone and customer service manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in the building, construction, cabinetry, or trades industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
