As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Admin to support the day-to-day operations of our NDIS and/or Support at Home Programs. About the Role
The Program Admin plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our NDIS program and/or Support at Home Program by coordinating administration, rostering, client onboarding and workforce support.
Working closely with the Program Manager and Care Coordinator, you will help ensure services are delivered efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and high administrative standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about building efficient systems and supporting a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client intake, onboarding and service set up.
- Coordinate onboarding and administration of Associated Providers.
- Prepare and maintain service agreements and client documentation.
- Coordinate staff rostering and workforce scheduling.
- Monitor clients' budgets and service utilisation.
- Process claims
- Monitor workers' timesheets.
- Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain accurate records within client management systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families and stakeholders.
- Support reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster on a rotating basis.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in administration, rostering or program coordination.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Full Australian working rights.
Desirable
- Experience within the disability, community services or health sector.
- Experience using client management or rostering software.
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Community Services, Healthcare or a related field.
