Working closely with the General Manager and Project Team, you will provide high-level administration and coordination support across our Design & Construct projects in Queensland and South Australia. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in being organised, accurate and proactive.
Key responsibilities
- Setting up new projects and maintaining project systems..
- Supporting project teams with Pronto, Procore, Skytrust, Eftsure and CAAPS.
- Coordinating flights, accommodation and transport for project staff.
- Managing bank guarantees and security documentation.
- Maintaining monthly cash flows and forward orders.
- Assisting with subcontractor work orders and claims.
- Coordinating subcontractor and supplier setup, including insurances and invoicing.
- Managing project document control and records.
- Preparing, issuing and maintaining contract documentation and registers.
- Supporting project completion, summaries and archiving.
- Processing company credit cards through Concur.
- Taking meeting minutes and coordinating actions.
Providing general project and administration support as required.

About you
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a small, cohesive team.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Previous exposure to Pronto ERP system or similar (desirable).
Experience in project and contract administration (desirable).
